FAVOR — Privacy Policy

FAVOR ("the game") is made by Corkscrew Games. This policy covers the game at playfavor.net and its iOS, Steam, and other app editions, which all play the same game.

What we collect

The game creates a random player identifier on your device the first time you play — it is not tied to your name, email, or any real-world identity. Alongside it we store the royal alias the game generates (or that you choose), your game results (rating, stars, wins, power, daily scores), and your chosen in-game crest. That's the whole list. We don't collect your email, contacts, location, or device advertising identifiers, and the game has no ads and no tracking.

Where it lives and why

Your identifier, alias, and results are stored in Google Firebase (our game database, hosted in the United States) so that leaderboards, daily champions, and online matches work. Match data is exchanged with other players' games during online play — other players see only your alias, crest, and in-game actions.

Purchases

Star purchases on the web edition are processed entirely by PayPal — we never see or store your payment details. Platform editions use that platform's own store rules. Purchase records (which star pack was delivered to which player identifier) are kept so your stars can't get lost.

Your choices

The game works without an account and without any personal information. To reset your identity, clear the site data for playfavor.net in your browser (or delete and reinstall the app) — a fresh identity is minted on your next visit. To have your alias and results deleted from the leaderboards entirely, email us with your alias and we'll remove the record.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. There is no chat and no way to enter personal details in the game.
